Read the simple booking terms

Your booking. This form starts an inquiry; it does not reserve a date. A booking is confirmed only after we both approve the event details, agreement and required payment.

Safe setup. You’ll provide timely venue access, a level protected space, standard power and a safe environment for guests and equipment. Outdoor setups require prior approval and a weather-safe backup plan.

Care of the booth. For unattended service, the booking contact is responsible for reasonable supervision. Damage caused by misuse, unsafe conditions or unauthorized moving may be charged at repair or replacement cost.

Timing and changes. Setup and pickup windows will be agreed in advance. Date, venue, cancellation or rescheduling changes may affect availability, pricing or payments already made.

Photos and connectivity. You are responsible for making sure guests know photos may be captured and digitally shared. Venue internet can affect delivery speed. We’ll use reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted service when power, internet, venue access or guest actions are outside our control.

That’s up to you. Choose an owner-attended experience or an unattended setup where we deliver, test, explain and return for pickup.

How much space does it need?

A clear, level area near standard power is ideal. We’ll confirm the best footprint and placement with you before event day.

Can guests share their photos?

The digital booth is designed for easy sharing. Internet availability at the venue can affect how quickly messages send.

What happens after I inquire?

We’ll review your details, confirm availability and send a quote. Your date is reserved only after the booking agreement and required payment are complete.
